    终究意难平

    刘晓枫的《沉重的肉身》全书有一个建基点:罪的法则,就是身体的欠然,也就是人身的有限性。

     

    自启蒙运动以降,人们砸烂了神灵的塑像,摆脱了宗教-道德伦理的生活教条。彼岸的神灵被打破后,需要在此岸找到替代品,出现了两种不同的方式:大众伦理和个体自由伦理。大众伦理是社会主义国家在此岸树立的新神,它用社会公意来规范每个人的道德行为准则。它勾销了个人在生活中感受实际困惑、做出自己选择、树立自己信念的能力,因此造成了个人道德意识冷漠;相对的资本主义国家崇尚个体自由伦理。它承认个体的差异性,由此理性的道德良知演变成了感觉的道德良知。它注重身体的感受性:就是即兴的兴奋,和无时间的生存晕眩。当把过去和未来的时间割裂开以后,此刻就成为永恒。兴奋和晕眩铺就了一条充满雾霭的小路。

     

    当人义论的两种不同的伦理法则都导向了虚无主义后,刘晓枫马上掉头一转,重新提出了神义论。

     

    当否定了人义论的大众伦理和个体自由伦理后,一定可以推出神义论吗?有没有第三条道路呢?这就回到文章开头的那个建基点。如果人身是有限性的,那么在此岸树立的伦理法则,必然会受到人自身有限性的制约,而终究不能成为终极法则。所以当我们承认人身的有限性后,就间接推出了神义论。

     

    这个建基点有没有可能被替换呢?

     

    西方的传统是罪感文化,个体没有智的直觉,只有上帝才具有这种能力。而东方智慧不论是儒家还是释家,都有“人皆可为尧舜”,“直指人心,见性成佛”的说法。东方智慧承认个体具有智的直觉,也承认个体具有意志自律的能力,也就是牟宗三提出的“挺立道德主体”的过程。

     

    那么我们的建基点究竟是有限性的人身呢?还是具有意志自律的道德主体呢?当我们的建基点选择后一种时,整个体系会有什么样的变动呢?

     

    当刘晓枫推出了人义论的两种伦理观都导向了虚无主义后,一句“终究意难平”,那种苍凉的不甘心,真正显露了真性情。
